Explore Himalaya Travel & Adventure, one of the renowned & established names in the Himalayan tourism industry. We have been successfully organizing tours across four Himalayan nations: Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan & India for more than 12 years. We provide fixed departure, customized & tailor made programs to suit the needs our valuable customers. Keeping abreast with a highly competitive tourism market, we follow an aggressive marketing strategy. This has made us one of the biggest wholesale tour operators in Nepal. Being an adventure travel company, Explore Himalaya is all for exploring and innovating new tourism products that offer a unique experience to the intrepid traveler or adventurer. The company has successfully organized trips for such high profile clients like Bear Grylls (of GKN Everest Paramotors 2007 fame), David Hempleman Adams, Karma Trekkers (Canadian TV Show) etc. We are creator of unique aerial adventure sport i.e. Everest Skydive (www.everest-skydive.com) for 2008, 2009 and setting up from 2010 May & October. Some of our unique products include Everest Skydive, High altitude Heli tours, Nepali traditional marriage events etc. Beside these we operate: Mountaineering Expeditions, Trekking Adventures, Cultural Tours, Heli Tours & Treks, Incentives & Special Events(MICE , Filming/ Photographic Tours etc), Everest Skydive, Mountain biking, Rafting & Wildlife Safari, Volunteering / Gap Year Holidays. Explore Himalaya, in keeping up with the spirit of adventure, has never lost an opportunity to explore new grounds to innovate new products, to try out new ventures. Ongoing activities related to sustainable tourism
Explore Himalaya, is helping local villagers and youth of Nuwakot district for social & cultural development, education, environment and health etc. At present we are training 15 college students at Himalaya Academy of Travel & Tourism (HATT) similarly they are doing internship at Explore Himalaya and get pay for their work. We send our staffs for guide training, climbing courses, languages classes & cooking training both at private and government institutions. We carry our trekking equipments, foods, gasoline from Kathmandu; use recycle & eco-friendly materials. Our clients have involved in economic & socio-cultural works as well as various community projects through our Volunteering & GAP Year programs.

Planned activities related to sustainable tourism
We are developing home stay at Samari village in Nuwakot. This home stay facility will start from Nuwakot to Gorkaha for tourist and helps to generate income for local villagers. Soon, we will develop this module at various parts of Nepal.
