Short description or profile of the Organization/ Company/ Institute
Tiger Mountain Nepal is a group of companies that pioneers environmentally responsible and sustainable conservation tourism in Nepal since 1965 when Tiger Tops (Chitwan National Park) and Mountain Travel were incorporated as Nepal’s fist wildlife safari and trekking companies. Other companies have been established since then pioneering white-water rafting (Himalayan River Exploration), wildlife safaris in far-west Nepal (West Nepal Adventure) and lodge accommodation in the Pokhara Valley (Tiger Mountain (P) Ltd). Winner of numerous awards and widely respected in the travel industry, the group ensures all operations run to environmental and social guidelines as well as making positive contributions to the communities where they are located.

Various local clinics are run or supported by the operations to benefit several thousand patients.
